1. Description of Service

PointerForce provides WhatsApp Cloud API setup, automation workflows, and specialized technical solutions. We are not a part of Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Fees and Payments

Fees for our platform are billed monthly. WhatsApp message costs are billed directly to you by Meta. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, including WhatsApp's Business Policy and anti-spam regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

PointerForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or fail to pay applicable fees.
